Through your membership of BNI, you can visit any chapter, anywhere in the world but most people settle for visiting their own regional chapters. In South Wales, we have 12 chapters across  the region and by visiting those chapters you have the opportunity to share ideas, contacts, and importantly referrals. Look here for a list of chapters in the region: http://www.bni-southwales.com/regional-chapters.php?region=29

I will visit 4 chapters a week usually and frequently meet some very interesting people and businesses. Here are two members of BNI that you might want to get to know.

Sean Grey of Mission IsPossible. I had a fascinating conversation with Sean Grey from Mission Ispossible last week. A member of the Heritage Chapter in Cardiff, Sean has been working with a number of high performing individuals to help them "raise their game" through EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. Based on impressive new discoveries regarding the body's subtle energies, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) has proven successful in thousands of clinical cases.  Visit Sean's website at www.missionispossible.co.uk.

One of Sean's clients is featured in the Good Housekeeping magazine-Jane Sinclair a member of the National Orchestra of Wales. The other article is with Sean teaming up with the Western Mail, to help free golfers from any 'demons' in their game. The follow up article is to be published over the next few weeks. One of the golfers he worked with was, when he first met him in golfing terms, a broken man. After one session of EFT he experienced a remarkable change in attitude and is back playing the game he loves.

Alex Beard of Your Chef Is. Many of will know Alex Beard from "Your Chef Is" who is a member of the Intrepid Chapter. Alex trained with world famous Raymond Blanc for four years at his 3 Michelin star restaurant in Oxfordshire and went on to learn different styles under John Campbell in his highly acclaimed Michelin Star establishment. here's what one of her clients has said: "I have had emails from every one of my guests saying how amazing the whole evening was - especially the food and presentation" Gemma Broomhall, London.

Visit Alex's website here: http://www.yourchefis.com/. With Valentine's Day shortly upon us, romantics might just be interested to receive details of the Valentine's Menu. What a gorgeous treat!
