Firstly, I am a family man. (1 Wife, 2 Daughters)
Secondly, I am a small business owner.
Now, add in that I am a classically trained media sales professional and a drummer to boot, you may get an idea of the mixing pot that is my personality.

Why I Became A BNI Director

I first became an AD when my name was put forward for ADship, if that is the correct term, by the then AD and fellow chapter Member Graham Laker in March 2008.

At the time I was in my second consecutive term as Chapter Director and was very much on a high with the whole BNI experience, I wanted to take this energy and inspire other chapters.

I have one top tip for BNI - follow the system.

All of the stand out BNI members across the world are simply doing it by the book and my advice to any member of the BNI family whether they be new joiner or National Director would be, cut out the learning curve and just follow the processes that have been developed by the best in the world.
