Hastings No.1 with Victory, Meridian and Flagship clipping at their heels!

Sun 20 January 2008

The Hastings Chapter capped a string of recent successes by collecting a clutch of awards at the recent Team Leader Breakfast.

Chapter Director laurie Adey was delighted to take the prize for largest group in Sussex, "Most Visitors" to a chapter, "Most New Members" and the overall title of "Top Chapter in Sussex".

The previous Top winner, Meridian, were only just behind, picking up the award for the fastest growing chapter in the region. Executive Director, Andrew Hall noted, "With Meridian now joining our groups with 30+ members, their challenge will be stronger than ever next time."

The award for the most productive group in terms of referrals passed per member, went for the second time to the Victory chapter. Former Chaper Director, Graham Laker has no doubt where the reason behind this performance lies - a chapter culture of being continuously specific in detailing exactly who you want to be introduced to.

Looking ahead to the next awards in six months, a pointer to the chapters poised for growth was given with the award for "Best Member Retention" in the region. Flagship took the title, with Worthing and Winners only just behind. ED Andrew Hall commented - "These are the chapters with perhaps the strongest bond among members. People simply do not leave these groups. Their foundation for future growth and success could not be stronger."
