A two hour + introductory overview for new BNI members focusing on how they can rapidly maximise the business that they obtain through their chapters.

Any existing members are welcome to re-attend one of these sessions as a valuable refresher.
10. Best of the Best Forum (Leadership teams only)

Leadership Teams only (Chapter Director, Membership Coordinator, Secretary Treasurer)

Each Leadership team will be given the opportunity to deliver a 5 minute presentation about their successes or challenges

This will offer a great opportunity to collaborate with the best of the best on a quarterly basis to achieve the following Results:-

1. Help the members make more money

2. Deliver the regions updates to everyone

3. Share best practice

4. Plan to achieve Number 1 status

121 Workshop
Presenter: Nicola Taylor, Area Director Lancashire

Designed to show members how an effective 121 can save time, money and generate quality referrals. Will also help them to pass referrals to fellow members

This workshop is a must not only for new members but also for existing members who would like 121's to result in more business.

What the workshop will cover:

How to complete a powerful GAINS sheet
How to tap into wider networks through closer working relationships
How to follow up

It will be useful to bring along the details of your last 10 orders and a tablet/laptop as the session will be interactive and will involve searching to develop lists

2. Referrals Masterclass
Presenter: Dave Verburg

How to get your fellow members to bring you serious business and a host of creative ways of bringing new business for your fellow chapter members.

An opportunity to network with fellow members and get open feedback on your 60 seconds. Then how to get your sales team motivated to find business for you.
6. Inviting Visitors
Ever wondered how you can build a bigger list of potential visitors? Want to improve your style of inviting visitors?
This workshop will focus on how to get visitors in the room with NO cold calling.
Again, please book a place with us in advance.

This session will leave you with a list of effective tools to attract visitors to your chapter
7. Interview Skills Training
Suitable for all members joining the interview team for their chapter. Training will cover a power 1-1 interview and how to support visitor invitations.
8. Business Success Forum
Open Networking 6.15 to 6.45am

This great opportunity to collaborate with the regions members once a month to achieve the following Results:-

BNI Connect - Building VCP Workshop 1

Ideal for new members to BNI and any member who hasn’t really used BNI Connect during their membership.

This introductory session to BNI Connect is designed to show around your own personalised section of the system; taking you step-by-step through each section, completing your profile, Bio, and GAINS in full.

Some preparation is required in advance of the session. Members must bring a lap top (not an iPad) with all log in codes for Connect. Must have access to laptop authority to sign into the Wi Fi.

This workshop will be limited to the first 6 bookings. There will be no facility to pay on the door

BNI Connect - Digital Contributions - Workshop 2

Manage your BNI Business through BNI Connect

You must have completed the BNI Connect - Building VCP workshop or have a completed profile to get the maximum benefit from this programme.

This session will show you how to manage all of your BNI activities on-line; from logging 1-2-1s, submitting and tracking referrals and thank you for the business to running reports on your activity and planning ahead to maximise your return.

Some preparation is required in advance of the session. Members must bring a lap top (not an iPad) with all log in codes for Connect. Must have access to laptop authority to sign into the Wi Fi.

Due to restrictions with internet connections this workshop will be limited to the first 6 members booked and there will be no facility to pay cash on the door

Referral Skills 101 Presenter: Dave Verburg
