1. Member Success Programme
A two hour + introductory overview for new BNI members focusing on how they can rapidly maximise the business that they obtain through their chapters.

Any existing members are welcome to re-attend one of these sessions as a valuable refresher.
10. BNI Turnkey Meeting - BNI Excellence CLOSED
BNI Excellence is more than a meeting it is a gathering of BNI Directors within Mersyside where we engage with each other to drive our businesses.

From 08:45 - 09:45 the director team conduct one to one meetings to achieve results for each other by referral. This is our committment to each other. Being part of the team is walking the talk!

09:45 -10:45 BNI Excellence Chapter Meeting

A full BNI Agenda will be run with the Director team running a meeting that will be the very best in the region to showcase excellence. This will be a testing base for new initiatives.

11-12 BNI Education

This section will be split into 3 parts, 20 minutes working on ways to help the team be more successful in their own businesses, 20 minutes to work on BNI success systems and 20 minutes to plan the action for the next month.

3. Presentation Skills NEW
Improve your presentation and personal communication skills to maximise the business you get from your chapter. We spend two hours helping you to get the most out of your sixty seconds.

It will also help to get your message across every time you talk to anyone about your business. Again, please book a place with us in advance.

This session will leave you with a list of effective tools to get referrals from your sales team.
9. Mid Term Leadership Forum
This session is aimed at the 3 key leadership team:-

This mid term meeting gives the groups a chance to review the success so far and share best practice, then planning for a smooth transition into the next term.

This is a full day session for the 3 key roles. Working with your support teams in the morning and then after lunch working directly with the director team to plan your strategy for growth to 45+. Focus will be on setting goals for the next 6 months, the hidden elements of the BNI Agenda designed to maximise business for the chapter and the main 3 key roles of the leadership team.

Great chapters are the result of great teams, we change the teams on the 1st of April and the 1st of October each year.

Interview Skills Training
Suitable for all members joining the interview team for their chapter. Training will cover a power 1-1 interview and how to support visitor invitations.

This workshop will focus on how to get visitors in the room with NO cold calling.

Portugal Interview Success
Tiago Cunha is running a one off 2 hour workshop to explain the success Tiago and his team have implementing the Interview Process and getting chapters to 40+ in a short time.

There will be a number of the directors (16) to share how they did it. This could be the most valuable session you will see this year to build your chapter.
