1. Member Success Programme Liverpool
Presenter: John Porter

A two hour + introductory overview for new BNI members focusing on how they can rapidly maximise the business that they obtain through their chapters.

Any existing members are welcome to re-attend one of these sessions as a valuable refresher.
10. Best of the Best Forum (Leadership teams only)
Open Networking 6.15 to 6.45am Liverpool Meeting
Open Networkting 9.15-9.45am Wirral meeting

Leadership Teams only (Chapter Director, Membership Coordinator, Secretary Treasurer)

Each Leadership team will be given the opportunity to deliver a 5 minute presentation about their successes or challenges

This will offer a great opportunity to collaborate with the best of the best on a quarterly basis to achieve the following Results:-

1. Help the members make more money

2. Deliver the regions updates to everyone

3. Share best practice

4. Plan to achieve Number 1 status

5. Laugh out loud celebrate success

As part of these sessions we will run a referral session to help you gain opportunities to drive your business forward.
11. Member Success Programme Wirral
Presenter: Geoff Jones

2. Referral Skills
How to get your fellow members to bring you serious business and a host of creative ways of bringing new business for your fellow chapter members.
3. Presentation Skills
Improve your presentation and personal communication skills to maximise the business you get from your chapter. We will help you to get the most out of your sixty seconds.

It will also help to get your message across every time you talk to anyone about your business.

This session will leave you with a list of effective tools to get referrals from your sales team.
4. Getting Visitors to your Chapter
Presenter: Kath Parkes

Designed to increase the number of visitors to your chapter and conversion through improved hosting and orientation.

If you would like to grow your visitor team to support the growth of the chapter this workshop is key.

What the workshop will cover:

Where to find visitors
How to invite
Visitor hosting skills
Visitor orientation script
Orientation meetings to convert visitors

5. Make your 60 seconds work
Presenter: Geoff Jones

An opportunity to network with fellow members and get open feedback on your 60 seconds. Then how to get your sales team motivated to find business for you.
6. Inviting Visitors
Ever wondered how you can build a bigger list of potential visitors? Want to improve your style of inviting visitors?
This workshop will focus on how to get visitors in the room with NO cold calling.
Again, please book a place with us in advance.

This session will leave you with a list of effective tools to attract visitors to your chapter
7. Interview Skills Training
Suitable for all members joining the interview team for their chapter. Training will cover a power 1-1 interview and how to support visitor invitations.
8. Business Success Forum

Ambassador Quarterly Meeting
A quartery meeting for the Ambassador and Director team to share best practice and to develop mutually beneficial relationships to enhance your business opportunities further.

The BNI Awards ceremony is a chance to celebrate your chapter winners and socialise with members from across the Region. We will be taking the results from Oct 2013 - Oct 2014.

This year's focus will be based on Traffic Lights to award Chapters and Members.
