1-2-1 Relationship Skills
This NEW workshop is dedicated to building relationships with your fellow members by having effective 1-2-1 meetings!

What's the point of a 1-1 meeting with one of your fellow members? A quick chat? A catch-up on the football/soaps? NO! A 1-1 meeting should be about generating business through enhanced relationships! How effective are you when doing 1-1s?

Visitors are a vital part of growing our chapters, every visitor represents a potential new client or supplier, apart from a potential new member. If you have ever wondered how some members manage to bring visitors week after week then come along to this workshop to find out how. This workshop will cover some of the chapter development content but will focus more on the techniques and scripts of inviting and will help you to build your confidence when inviting guests along to your chapter meetings.
Chapter Development
Learn how to develop and grow your chapter in order to gain more business. This workshop focuses on inviting visitors to your workshop and then how best to encourage them to apply to join your salesforce. We cover where to find people to invite, how to invite them and how to maximise the chance of them turning up at your Chapter meeting. We also help your chapter to create the most positive experience for your guests during their first meeting.
Effective Visitor Hosting
This workshop is designed to help all members actively welcome visitors to the chapter meeting and will show you how to ensure visitors have the best experience possible. Effective visitor hosting will increase the likelihood of a visitor applying, growing the chapter and growing the number of referrals exchanged.

Leadership Team and Chapter Development: part 2
Following the first event, this is the best opportunity to learn from others around the region and use the tools available to help you grow your BNI business. What's working well in your chapter and what tips can you use from others to help your chapter develop further.
Member Success Program
Member Success Program, incorporating New Member Orientation, is an essential element of BNI membership. This training provides important guidance on how to make the most of membership and maximise the return on investment in this word-of-mouth referral system. Topics covered include how to help your members to refer to you, how to build relationships and trust more quickly and some of the pitfalls to avoid in your chapter meetings.
Networking Skills Workshop
How much business do you generate from your networking skills? Could you improve your effectiveness when walking into a room full of members and visitors, or a room full of strangers? What are your goals for a networking session? A two hour workshop combining behavioural, communication and personal interaction skills to increase your profits.
Power Teams
Ask yourself, how good your Power Team in your Chapter is. Without a great Power Team you will not get the maximum return on your investment in your chapter. Building a successful Power Team takes time and skill; building 6 for your chapter take a team effort. This workshop is designed to give you all the information you need to build the Power Teams for your chapter
Presentation Skills Workshop
Improve your presentation and personal communication skills to maximise the business you get from your chapter. We show you how to get the most out of your sixty seconds and provide guidance on delivery of the 10 minute presentation. It will also help to get your message across every time you talk to anyone about your business. You will walk away from this workshop with a detailed plan of your BNI 12 month strategy and 9 different formats for your 60 seconds.
Referrals Skills Workshop
Do you sometimes find it difficult to find referrals for your fellow members? Do you want more referrals for yourself? Discover how to find those elusive opportunities for the others and, just as importantly, learn how to teach them to find what you are seeking. Finding referrals shouldn’t take lots of time nor be awkward or difficult. We show you in this workshop how to effortlessly generate referrals week in, week out.
Show Me The Money Day - the return! (NO Lunch)
Following the Show Me The Money day this is a chance to share best practice from around the region and take a look at your progress against your business plan.
Visitor Host Training
Visitor Host Training will run twice a year in conjunction with the Leadership Team Training and will give members taking the Visitor Host role a full understanding of the role and will ensure that they give our visitors a fantastic experience.
