1-1 Relationship Skills Workshop
This NEW workshop is dedicated to building relationships with your fellow members by having effective 1-2-1 meetings!

What's the point of a 1-1 meeting with one of your fellow members? A quick chat? A catch-up on the football/soaps? NO! A 1-1 meeting should be about generating business through enhanced relationships! How effective are you when doing 1-1s?
This workshop will help you build better relationships with your chapter members (which leads to more business), as well as showing you how you can get more business directly from your 1-1s.
Chapter Development Workshop
Members receive most of their referrals from people in the same power group as them.Chapters with 40 members receive twice as many referrals as chapters with 30 members. Come to this workshop to learn how growing your power group and your chapter goes hand in hand with growing your business.
Chapter Director Forum
A Forum where the current CD and forthcoming CD get together to discuss the Leadership Team Transition as well as any challenges and successes.

• If you don’t know how to measure the effectiveness of your social media activity

This interactive social media workshop has been designed to show you how to use social media effectively to help you and your business. As well as benefitting your own business, you will learn how to generate referrals for each other, invite visitors using all the tools including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Google and even Pinterest. The magic of this workshop will show you how you can effectively do all this in less than 5 to 10 minutes per day and will be delivered in bite size chunks! You will hear from different speakers and learn from their experiences and how they increased their visibility, credibility and profitability online.
Social Media-Increasing Your Chapter's VCP Online
This interactive social media workshop has been designed to show you how to use social media effectively to help your chapter. This workshop is for everyone but will be extremely beneficial for the leadership teams, the education and power team co-ordinators, the Director Consultants and Ambassadors. Has your chapter got a ‘social media or website co-ordinator’ or is there a member that you’d like to ask to step up and take on the role? The workshop has been designed to demonstrate how to increase your chapter’s online profile using Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. As well as these tools, this workshop will also touch on BNI Connect and BNI Network Central.
